In order to validate your PDF via IEEE PDF eXpress, the following steps must be done by the author:
1- Make sure that you have already done the steps 1 to 5 mentioned in this link.
2- Login to the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site.
3- Set up an account by clicking on the "New User" link.
4- Once logged in to your account, enter your paper title inside the box and upload the pdf file. You will receive emails upon file reception.
5- If your pdf file is valid, you will receive an email showing that your file has passed pdf check successfully. Otherwise follow the tips to revise your article and upload the pdf file again.
6- Once you are informed about the successful pdf check, download the approved file by clicking on the paper title.
7- Send the approved pdf file to email@example.com. Your email must have the following format:
email subject: "PDF-" YourPaperID
Attachment: the approved PDF file with the file name "PIDxxx-YourPaperID".pdf
8- The final date for sending the pdf file is Sep 12th.
