1- Carefully revise the article according to the comments received by the reviewers.
2- Proofread the source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
3- Format the paper according to the guidelines accessible from the Authors Guidelines page.
4- Add the appropriate copyright clearance code notice to the bottom of the first page (footer) according to the following categories:
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
- For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-3586-1/16/$31.00 ©2016 Crown
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:978-1-5090-3586-1/16/$31.00 ©2016 European Union
- For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-3586-1/16/$31.00 ©2016 IEEE
5- Add the following header to the first page of the paper:
6th International Conference on Computer and Knowledge Engineering (ICCKE 2016), October 20-21 2016, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad
The result of the above steps will be the initial PDF file +doc/docx or latex files.
6- Prepare your presentation files (in both .ppt and .flv formats). More information about the preparation of the presentation files will be accessible via the Guidelines for Presentation page.
7- Upload the following via the user panel:
- the initial PDF file of your article
- a zip file containing:
- the source files: doc/docx or latex files
- FLV and PPT/PPTx presentation files
8- Pay your registration fee. Fore more information, please see the Registration Fee page. No refund request is accepted.
9- Use the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site to produce and validate the final PDFs. Note that site is now closed and will be open shortly. Guidelines to use the site and the start date will be announced later.
10- Complete the procedure of IEEE copyright transform online via the user panel. Note that the IEEE e-copyright form is not available now. More details about the submission of the copyright form and its start date will be announced later.
