In order to set up the presentation system and softwares, please read the following instructions carefully and do the necessary actions accordingly:

• Refer to this link, follow the instructions in “Presenting the Article” section, download and read the manual carefully and install the required presentation softwares according to the manual.
• Use the username and password sent to you via email to log in to webinar system (as mentioned in page 7 of the manual).
• Kindly log in to the webinar system, and follow the manual to get acquainted with the system environment, test your voice and camera, etc.
• There will also be an online workshop on Sunday October 16th starting at 12:00 A.M. In case of any problem or question relating to the webinar system, please log into the system (at the date/time mentioned above), enter the “workshop” room, and ask the administrator for help.
• Note that your submitted .flv file will be broadcast at the time slot allocated to your article. However, you have to be online during and after your presentation in order to answer the audience’s questions.
