Preparing the Presentation Files

 Authors of the accepted papers must prepare and submit both the .flv and .ppt files of their presentation while submitting the camera ready version of their article. Presentation files should be prepared in English for 20 minutes (15 min presentation + 5 min Q&A).

In order to prepare the .flv presentation file, BB FlashBack software should be used. The download link for this software along with other related applications for online presentation are available from here. The tutorial for BB FlashBack software is accessible via this link. 

Presenting the Article

During the conference venue, at the time slot allocated to each paper, the .flv file submitted for that paper will be broadcast. Authors, however, must be online during the session to answer to potential questions at the end of their presentation. 

In order to install the required softwares and setup the virtual rooms, please read this manual carefully. The required softwares mentioned in the manual are accessible for download from this link.
